1. Overview
Convis.ai provides AI voice bots to help businesses automate incoming and outgoing phone calls. Services may include custom conversational AI bots, call recording and transcription, and analytics and performance reports.
2. Customer Responsibility
- Bot Speech and Behavior: The content, tone, and behavior of AI bots are fully designed and configured by the customer. Convis.ai is not responsible for any messaging, tone, or expressions generated by the bot during live calls unless explicitly managed by us.
- End User Notice: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all applicable regulations related to call recording and AI disclosure are followed when deploying bots.
3. Use of Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services such as LLMs and speech synthesis engines. We are not liable for errors, failures, or unsatisfactory behavior of the voice bot arising from third-party system limitations, latency, or changes beyond our control.
4. Data Location
We may store or process customer and call data in India or in other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. By using the service, you consent to international transfer and processing of data.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform software and tools are owned by Convis.ai. The conversational flows, content, and customer configurations belong to the respective customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, errors due to customer-defined configurations, or failures arising from third-party integrations.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your service access if you violate these terms, if illegal or abusive usage is detected, or upon non-payment (for paid plans).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
